Logiciels du Service Bioinformatique
Le Service Bioinformatique de l'Ifremer met à disposition différents outils :
- ASPICov: an automated pipeline for identification of SARS-Cov-2 nucleotidic variants.
(Projet piloté par CHU Limoges, Réseau National Obépine) - BeeDeeM: the Bioinformatics Databank Manager System.
- BeeDeeM-Tools: Various sequence manuipulation file tools relying on the Bioinformatics Databank Manager System, BeeDeeM.
- BLAST-PLAST-bench: a script framework originally used to run benchmarks of BLAST and PLAST on a cluster infrastructure
- BlastViewer: the BLAST/PLAST/Diamond Results Viewer Tool. Capable of importing InterProScan results, too.
- ORSON: a nextflow workflow for transcriptome and proteome annotation.
- OMICS-CATALOG: a FAIR toolkit for fast visualization of omics data and metadata.
- SAMBA: a flexible automated workflow for the reproducible and standardized processing of eDNA metabarcoding data.
- ToolDirectory: an easy and convenient tool to list softwares installed on a local system.
